Ori's draft replies help you respond to customer emails faster. When a new email arrives, Ori automatically prepares a draft reply for you. This article explains where these drafts come from, how to review them, and what actions you can take before anything is sent.
How Ori's Draft Replies Work
You don't need to do anything to get a draft. As soon as an email comes in that needs a reply, Ori reviews the conversation and how your team has answered similar emails before. Ori then writes a draft reply in the background — before you even open the conversation.
When you open the conversation, you'll see Ori's draft as a separate block. Look for:
- A label at the top: Proposed outgoing · Ori
- A note: Not sent yet · Ori drafted a reply
- The draft reply text
- A footer: Draft only — not sent yet
Tip: Ori never sends anything automatically. You always decide what goes out.
Reviewing and Acting on a Draft
You have three options for every Ori draft:
Approve & send
Click this to send Ori's draft exactly as written. The reply is sent right away.Edit
Click Edit to move the draft into the compose window. You can change the text as needed, then send it when you're ready. The reply stays in the same conversation.Decline
Click Decline to throw away the draft. Nothing is sent, and the draft disappears.
- No reply is ever sent until you click Approve & send or send it yourself after editing.
- You can always review the draft before taking any action.
